Need a good ele build for AB

Last night I took a whack at AB, which I think I could've enjoyed more if I'd had a more suitable build. I definitely needed a speed boost at the very least. Was a bit fly by the seat of my pants, just jumped in with the fire build I had on me...

So, anyways, I could really use some suggestions from those much more knowledgeable than I. Pwease? I'm happy to go with any element. I just want to know what will work well.

I"m no expert with eles in AB... but it seems to me that most of the time eles tend to run searing flames build.

Well this is just what I happened to be running last night:

	Prophecies Mark of Rodgort 15 1 15 Hex Spell. Target foe and all nearby foes are Hexed with Mark of Rodgort. For 10..30..37 seconds, whenever each foe is struck for fire damage, that foe is set on fire for 1..3..4 seconds. (Attrib: Fire Magic)

	Factions Lava Arrows 2 1 5 Spell. Lava Arrows fly toward up to 3 foes near your target and strike for 20..56..68 fire damage if they hit. Lava Arrows have half the normal range. (Attrib: Fire Magic)

	Nightfall Searing Flames 2 1 15 Elite Spell. Target foe and all nearby foes are struck with Searing Flames. Foes already on fire when this Skill is cast are struck for 10..82..106 fire damage. Foes not already on fire begin Burning for 1..6..7 seconds. (Attrib: Fire Magic)

	Nightfall Glowing Gaze 8 1 5 Spell. Target foe takes 5..41..53 fire damage. If that foe is on Fire, you gain 1..7..10 Energy. (Attrib: Fire Magic)

	Core Meteor 30 3 5 Spell. Target foe and all adjacent foes are struck for 7..91..119 fire damage and knocked down. This Spell causes Exhaustion. (Attrib: Fire Magic)

	Core Glyph of Lesser Energy 30 1 5 Glyph. For the next 15 seconds, your next 2 Spells cost 10..16..19 less Energy to cast. (Attrib: Energy Storage)

	Core Aura of Restoration 5 ¼ 10 Enchantment Spell. For 60 seconds, you are healed for 152..350..417% of the Energy cost each time you cast a Spell. (Attrib: Energy Storage)

	Core Fire Attunement 45 2 10 Enchantment Spell. For 36..55..62 seconds, you are attuned to Fire. You gain 1 Energy plus 30% of the base Energy cost of the Skill each time you use Fire Magic. (Attrib: Fire Magic)

Maybe I should trade something out for

	Nightfall Flame Djinn's Haste 10 ¾ 10 Enchantment Spell. All adjacent foes are struck for 15..99..127 fire damage. For 5..17..21 seconds, you move 33% faster. (Attrib: Fire Magic)

What happened to me in that last battle was the Luxon were camping the base, leaving the Defender alone, I'm assuming so we'd rez there, and they'd just nail us. At least, that's what kept happening to me.

Pick an element. Pick an elite from that element. Add one or two other attack spells from that element. Add a couple utility/survival/healing (they can come from secondary too) skills. Add a speed boost. Add Attunement for your element and Aura of Restoration. Now you have an ele that will function.

a has a nice build for capping shrines, but sucks against ppl (unless they behave like npc's, and in ab, many do...)

When I have a "shrine-cleaner" (build like what Rynn posted) I usually play a protector role since the shrine cleaner can wipe out a shrine npcs on his/her own. So I figure I'm better off hover around and keeping Luxons off the shrine-cleaner's back.

Then when a shrine is wiped, I move in to help with capping it.

Okay, I decided to be creative and follow Milak's advice.

I've played around and made this. I think it could be fun.

	Core Mind Freeze 8 1 5 Elite Hex Spell. Target foe suffers 10..34..42 cold damage. If you have more Energy than target foe, that foe suffers an additional 10..34..42 cold damage and moves 90% slower for 1..8..11 seconds. This Spell causes Exhaustion. (Attrib: Water Magic)

	EotN Winter's Embrace 12 ¾ 5 Hex Spell. For 2..5..6 seconds, you and target touched foe move 90% slower. (Attrib: Water Magic)

	Nightfall Freezing Gust 5 1 10 Hex Spell. If target foe is under the effect of a Water Magic Hex, that foe is struck for 20..68..84 cold damage. Otherwise, that foe moves 66% slower for 1..5..6 seconds. (Attrib: Water Magic)

	EotN Glowing Ice 8 1 5 Spell. Target foe is struck for 5..41..53 cold damage. If that foe is under the effects of a water Hex, you gain 5..8..9 Energy. (Attrib: Water Magic)

	Prophecies Armor of Mist 30 1 10 Enchantment Spell. For 8..18..21 seconds, you gain +10..34..42 armor and move 33% faster. (Attrib: Water Magic)

	Core Water Attunement 45 2 10 Enchantment Spell. For 36..55..62 seconds, you are attuned to Water. You gain 1 Energy plus 30% of the base Energy cost of the Skill each time you use Water Magic. (Attrib: Water Magic)

	Core Aura of Restoration 5 ¼ 10 Enchantment Spell. For 60 seconds, you are healed for 152..350..417% of the Energy cost each time you cast a Spell. (Attrib: Energy Storage)

	Nightfall Mystic Regeneration 5 ¼ 10 Enchantment Spell. For 20 seconds, you have +1..3..4 Health regeneration for each Enchantment on you. (Attrib: Earth Prayers)
