escape scythe-R/D. 12 expertise 12 scythe, major vigor rune, an expertise rune.
..its been awhile since ive used it but... escape, the 1sec activation scythe attack(adjacent foes, not enchants) victorious or chilling.. prob vict.. lightning reflexes?... you can find the build anywheres..

	Prophecies Punishing Shot 5 ½ 10 Elite Bow Attack. If Punishing Shot hits, you strike for +10..18..21 damage and your target is interrupted. (Attrib: Marksmanship)

	Core Dual Shot 10 10 Bow Attack. Shoot two arrows simultaneously at target foe. These arrows deal 25% less damage.

	Core Read the Wind 12 2 5 Preparation. For 24 seconds, your arrows move twice as fast and deal 3..9..10 extra damage. (Attrib: Marksmanship)

	Core Drain Enchantment 20 2 10 Spell. Remove an Enchantment from target foe. If an Enchantment is removed, you gain 7..13..16 Energy and 40..104..125 Health. (Attrib: Inspiration Magic)

	Core Resurrection Signet 3 Signet. Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. This Signet only recharges when you gain a morale boost.

	Core Favorable Winds 60 5 5 Nature Ritual. Create a level 1..8..11 Spirit. For non-Spirit creatures within its range, arrows move twice as fast and strike for +6 damage. This Spirit dies after 30..126..158 seconds. (Attrib: Marksmanship)

	Nightfall Natural Stride 12 5 Stance. For 1..7..8 seconds, you run 33% faster and have a 50% chance to block incoming attacks. Natural Stride ends if you become Hexed or Enchanted. (Attrib: Wilderness Survival)

If it hits an enchanted foe, you gain 15 Energy. (Attrib: 9 Marksmanship) Core Savage Shot 5 ½ 10(6) Bow Attack. If Savage Shot hits, your target's action is interrupted. If that action was a Spell, you strike for +22 damage. (Attrib: 9 Marksmanship) Core Distracting Shot 10 ½ 5(3) Bow Attack. If Distracting Shot hits, it interrupts target foe's action but deals only 12 damage. If the interrupted action was a skill, that skill is disabled for an additional 20 seconds. (Attrib: 11 Expertise) Core Apply Poison 12 2 15(8) Preparation. For 24 seconds, foes struck by your physical attacks become Poisoned for 11 seconds. (Attrib: 10 Wilderness Survival) Nightfall Mending Touch 6 ¾ 5(3) Spell. Touched ally loses two Conditions and is healed for 24 Health for each Condition removed in this way. (Attrib: 3 Protection Prayers) Core Troll Unguent 10 3 5(3) Skill. I decided to switch to paragon and this build I got from somewhere is meh.

	Nightfall Vicious Attack 8 5 Spear Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +5..17..21 damage. If you land a critical hit with this attack, target foe suffers from a Deep Wound for 5..13..16 seconds. (Attrib: Spear Mastery)

	Nightfall Barbed Spear 3 Spear Attack. If this attack hits, your target begins Bleeding for 5..13..16 seconds. (Attrib: Spear Mastery)

	EotN Maiming Spear 5 5 Spear Attack. If your attack hits a Bleeding foe, that foe is Crippled for 5..17..21 seconds. (Attrib: Spear Mastery)

	Nightfall Stunning Strike 10 Elite Spear Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +5..25..32 damage. If it hits a foe suffering from a Condition, that foe is also Dazed for 4..9..10 seconds. (Attrib: Spear Mastery)

	Nightfall Anthem of Flame 10 1 5 Chant. For 10 seconds, the next attack Skill used by each party member within earshot also causes Burning for 1..3..3 seconds. (Attrib: Leadership)

	Nightfall "Go for the Eyes!" 4 4 Shout. For 10 seconds, the next time each ally within earshot makes an attack, that attack has an additional 30..66..78% chance to critical. (Attrib: Command)

	Nightfall Aggressive Refrain 20 2 25 Echo. For 5..21..26 seconds, you attack 25% faster but have Cracked Armor for 20 seconds. This Echo is reapplied every time a Chant or Shout ends on you. (Attrib: Leadership)

	Core Resurrection Signet 3 Signet. Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. This Signet only recharges when you gain a morale boost.

I find that by the time I get adrenline for stunning strike, the match is usually pretty much decided.

One other varation is to switch out

	Nightfall Anthem of Flame 10 1 5 Chant. For 10 seconds, the next attack Skill used by each party member within earshot also causes Burning for 1..3..3 seconds. (Attrib: Leadership)

 for

	Nightfall "Never Surrender!" 20 5 Shout. For 15 seconds, all party members within earshot and below 75% Health gain +1..4..5 Health regeneration. (Attrib: Command)

 but still meh.

Here's an old build I once used:

	Core Power Shot 6 1 10 Bow Attack. If Power Shot hits, you strike for +10..22..26 damage. (Attrib: Marksmanship)

 

	Prophecies Penetrating Attack 3 1 10 Bow Attack. If Penetrating Attack hits, you strike for +3..15..19 damage and this attack has 20% armor penetration. (Attrib: Marksmanship)

 

	Prophecies Poison Arrow 1 5 Elite Bow Attack. If Poison Arrow hits, your target becomes Poisoned for 5..17..21 seconds. (Attrib: Wilderness Survival)

 

	Core Dual Shot 10 10 Bow Attack. Shoot two arrows simultaneously at target foe. These arrows deal 25% less damage.

 

	Prophecies Ignite Arrows 12 2 10 Preparation. For 24 seconds, your arrows explode on contact, dealing 3..15..19 fire damage to target and all adjacent foes. (Attrib: Wilderness Survival)

 

	Core Troll Unguent 10 3 5 Skill. For 10 seconds, you gain +3..9..10 Health regeneration. (Attrib: Wilderness Survival)

Now I mostly run interrupt:

	Factions Broad Head Arrow 15 15 Elite Bow Attack. You shoot a broad head arrow that moves slower than normal. If it hits, target foe is Dazed for 5..17..21 seconds, and if target foe is casting a Spell that Spell is interrupted. (Attrib: Marksmanship)

 

	Core Distracting Shot 10 ½ 5 Bow Attack. If Distracting Shot hits, it interrupts target foe's action but deals only 1..13..17 damage. If the interrupted action was a skill, that skill is disabled for an additional 20 seconds. (Attrib: Expertise)

 

	Core Savage Shot 5 ½ 10 Bow Attack. If Savage Shot hits, your target's action is interrupted. If that action was a Spell, you strike for +13..25..29 damage. (Attrib: Marksmanship)

 

	Core Storm Chaser 20 10 Stance. For 8..18..21 seconds, you move 25% faster, and you gain 1..4..5 Energy whenever you take elemental damage. (Attrib: Wilderness Survival)

 

	Nightfall Screaming Shot 8 10 Bow Attack. If this attack hits, you deal +10..22..26 damage. If your target is within earshot, that foe begins Bleeding for 5..17..21 seconds. (Attrib: Marksmanship)

Here's a variation I used on Lindsey, to moderate success:

	EotN Volley 2 5 Bow Attack. All your Preparations are removed. Shoot arrows at target foe and up to 3 foes adjacent to your target. These arrows strike for +1..8..11 damage if they hit. (Attrib: Marksmanship)

 

	Core Distracting Shot 10 ½ 5 Bow Attack. If Distracting Shot hits, it interrupts target foe's action but deals only 1..13..17 damage. If the interrupted action was a skill, that skill is disabled for an additional 20 seconds. (Attrib: Expertise)

 

	Prophecies Poison Arrow 1 5 Elite Bow Attack. If Poison Arrow hits, your target becomes Poisoned for 5..17..21 seconds. (Attrib: Wilderness Survival)

It's an A/R PvE build (well, Ranger secondary but that's how I used it), which is why srs is in there. One can use

	Core Resurrection Signet 3 Signet. Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. This Signet only recharges when you gain a morale boost.

 instead in PvP, or perhaps one skill I sometimes take,

This build is rather nice to use. Harass casters, spread poison around and if I spot someone moving especially if someone's chasing a monk teammate, I can make it a bit painful for him to do that.

I switched out

	Nightfall Mending Touch 6 ¾ 5 Spell. Touched ally loses two Conditions and is healed for 15..51..63 Health for each Condition removed in this way. (Attrib: Protection Prayers)

 for

	Core Antidote Signet 4 1 Signet. Cleanse yourself of Poison, Disease, and Blindness.

 only because I don't have that skill - both are similar but MT has the virtue of faster casting time.

EDIT: interesting, GWBBC isn't updated, the A. Signet removes poison, disease, blindness and one other condition you may have on yourself.

Both Striken and I have used this build with success in RA (multiple 10 win streaks)

	Ritualist / Monk

Factions Preservation 20 3 5 Elite Binding Ritual. Create a level 1..8..11 Spirit. Every 4 seconds, this Spirit heals one non-Spirit ally in the area for 10..94..122 Health. This Spirit dies after 90 seconds. (Attrib: Restoration Magic) Factions Life 20 3 10 Binding Ritual. Create a level 1..8..11 Spirit. When this Spirit dies, all non-Spirit allies within its range are healed for 1..6..7 Health for each second this Spirit was alive. This Spirit dies after 20 seconds. (Attrib: Restoration Magic) Factions Spirit Light 4 1 5 Spell. Sacrifice 17% Health. Target ally is healed for 60..156..188. If any Spirits are within earshot, you don't sacrifice Health. (Attrib: Restoration Magic) Factions Mend Body and Soul 3 ¾ 5 Spell. Target ally is healed for 20..96..121 Health. That ally loses one Condition for all Spirits within earshot. (Attrib: Restoration Magic) Factions Weapon of Shadow 20 1 10 Weapon Spell. For 4..9..10 seconds, target ally has a Weapon of Shadow. Whenever that ally is struck by an attack, that ally's attacker becomes Blinded for 5 seconds. (Attrib: Restoration Magic) Factions Blind Was Mingson 20 1 5 Item Spell. Hold Mingson's ashes for up to 15..51..63 seconds. When you drop his ashes, all nearby foes are Blinded for 3..7..8 seconds. (Attrib: Restoration Magic) Core Holy Veil 12 1 5 -1 Enchantment Spell. While you maintain this Enchantment, any Hex cast on target ally takes twice as long to cast. When Holy Veil ends, one Hex is removed from target ally. Core Resurrection Signet 3 Signet. Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. This Signet only recharges when you gain a morale boost.

This build keeps people blind, a LOT. I have played against a similar build in RA as melee, and it is annoying to no end to be blind the whole match. You are also a decent healer, if the other team doesn't get a clue, and leaves your spirits alone.

If you wish to be a lesser target, drop Monk secondary, and pick something else, but you lose your Hex removal.

Not only that, mending touch both heals AND can be used on allies. It saves games, trust me.

Doh I overlooked the part that it could be used on allies. Yes, I can see how that'd be much better than A Signet
